We have the capacity to manufacture more than 800+ moulds in a year ranging from 20T to 4000T across several industrial segments like automotive, White goods, electronics, electrical, appliances, cosmetics, etc. In-house trial facility with the best of the world’s technicians for proving the moulds along with the best technical consultant world over makes us a rare toolroom with a strong technological base to take up any challenging project and prove it with ease. Navitas’ facilities are equipped with advanced equipment to manufacture tools in shorter lead time and with superior quality. We have the necessary high-speed CNC machine centers, advanced EDM/Wire-Cut machines, precision Grinding machines, Lathe and Drilling machines as well as injection molding machines, plus state-of-the-art inspection equipment and skillful technicians.
All these allow us to manufacture tool inserts and cavity/core blocks at high accuracy level with interchangeability. This enables us to make the most complicated and precision tools to achieve excellent T1 sample quality.
